One of the reasons come from transaction between getting order from guests and put the order in the computers which takes times and in busy hours, employees have to be in line to place their order in the computer. One of the problems that most guests complain is long wait, service or both. Lack of computers at each restaurant makes employees unhappy. So, many guests prefer to go to faster pace restaurant or fast food near their work. They wait too long to be seated especially at lunch time, for sure it depends of location of Olive Garden. Waiting time at lobby is another guest concern. Beside of prices that come from bad economy, another fact that many guests are not happy because of slow pace, service, and long waits.Īnother problem is that most of the time, they are short on supply that make guest unhappy.
